Exercise can help prevent excess weight gain or help maintain weight loss. When you engage in physical activity, you burn calories. The more intense the activity, the more calories you burn. You don't need to set aside large chunks of time for exercise to reap weight-loss benefits. If you can't do an actual workout, get more active throughout the day in simple ways — by taking the stairs instead of the elevator or revving up your household chores.

Exercise plays an important role in our life. If you don't exercise your body becomes lazy and you suffer with excessive fatigue. Also less of exercise can also cause sleep disorders and other health problems.

Exercise is the key source to a healthy fitness. It requires constant efforts and patience.
There are increasing number of patients which are facing difficulty in sleeping through lack of exercise and fitness. Also, a lot of people are suffering with obesity. Lack of exercise can have adverse effect on your sleeping mechanism too and you can suffer with worst sleep issues, so practice more and step by step make exercise a discipline in your life to follow everyday.
