Walking!

Postby Anu77 » Wed Feb 17, 2010 11:49 am

I never do much walking except when I absolutely have to. But now I got a daughter on the way and thought it would be a good way to spend on the afternoon after lunch to take her for a walk around the block or something.

What does walking do as an exercise option? Do any of you have a daily walking routine?
