I am 27 years old , and overweight, so my doctor suggested to me to lose some weight , and he said to me the best way to do that was with food high in dietary fibers. I found out that oat bran has one of the highest percentages of dietary fibers on the market, and i started using it with yogurt every morning for two or three days, but i started getting diarhhea and generally , something that would be best described as IBS (irritable bowel syndrome). Was wondering if anyone here eats oat bran on regular basis and could tell me what to mix it with (especially what types of food to eat in the other meals of the day) so that i could avoid getting in this situation again .
